The demands on modern, up-to-date company websites are high. Today, they have to be much more than just a nicely decorated Internet flyer. The Internet presence is the linchpin of all online marketing measures, creates trust and represents your company and its messages.
The basic requirements:
With ready-made templates and so-called web construction kits, a website can be created relatively easily and quickly. However, the result is usually not visually appealing. In addition, modular solutions cannot be adapted to special needs and design wishes. If this does not bother you, we are probably not the right agency for you. Then we are convinced that a website is the figurehead of a company in the virtual space and should therefore be designed and implemented with a lot of flair and professionalism - and taking into account your individual company CI. When it comes to your first impression on the web, we recommend leaving nothing to chance or predefined templates, but always having full control over content, design, functionality and usability.
In contrast to print products, which are designed according to fixed formats, the display size of websites depends on the user's device. A modern site should work on narrow smartphones, on tablets of different sizes, and on wide desktop screens, and display content appropriately. In addition, navigation must work smoothly on all devices. With Responsive Design, or Liquid Design, this can be realized in an individualized way. In websites developed by us, these technical refinements have been standard for many years.
On professional websites, layout and content such as text and images can be handled and edited separately. A content management system (CMS), or editorial system as we like to call it, makes it possible to manage the content of a website even without programming skills. This way, you can constantly expand your site and add new content yourself, without our help. For good reasons, we prefer to work with the ProcessWire system. It is leaner, faster, more flexible, less prone to failures and easier to understand than well-known dinosaurs like Wordpress or Typo3.
